Cardio/Fusion WEDNESDAY brings directly to you:  STEP INTERVALS~  You heard me right!  We will be doing some Intervals using the STEP!  No fancy dancy choreography–all athletic moves that happen to involve the step!                                 cardio fusion

FIT TIP:  Get fit on a stair step
Run up and down on a step for 1 minute, walk up and down on a step for 30 seconds.  Repeat 6 times!  There’s your cardio in 9 minutes flat!
