Check this out….the easiest meal you’ll EVER make!
Poached Halibut: Place a small amount of water in a frying pan (just enough to cover the bottom). Season with pink Himalayan salt, Lemon pepper, onion powder and fresh lemon juice. Cover and steam for 6 minutes – 8 minutes. (Don’t overcook)
Roasted Veggies: Cut up broccoli, brussel sprouts, mini bell peppers, place in a baking pan and cover with Roasted Walnut Olive oil, pink Himalayan salt, onion powder, fresh minced garlic. Mix well. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees stirring often. ENJOY!!
