Feeling manic?  Like your days/weeks/months run together and you have no control?  
Try this quick Fit tip:

  • Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth behind your top front teeth
  • Close your eyes
  • Breathe in thru your nose slowly to the count of 3
  • Breathe out thru your mouth (lips slightly apart) to the count of 4
  • Repeat 5 times trying to make your breaths slower each time
  • Notice your belly expanding with the inhale and deflating with the exhale
  • Resist the temptation to elevate your shoulders on the inhale

Try to master this with the first 5 breaths.  PRACTICE makes perfect.  When you are feeling stressed, tired, hungry THIS breathing technique will change ALL of THAT!
