Try this quick Fit tip:
- Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth behind your top front teeth
- Close your eyes
- Breathe in thru your nose slowly to the count of 3
- Breathe out thru your mouth (lips slightly apart) to the count of 4
- Repeat 5 times trying to make your breaths slower each time
- Notice your belly expanding with the inhale and deflating with the exhale
- Resist the temptation to elevate your shoulders on the inhale
