I too was deceived and believed this lie…until…

I remember when I used to eat carbs and feel SO guilty, like I was breaking a law or something. In fact, I would deprive myself from eating carbs until I would lose my mind and go crazy and BINGE on them making me feel even MORE guilty!

This is the stuff that “gurus” and “experts” won’t tell you:

- Carbs provide energy
- Carbs can boost your mood
- Carbs are good for your heart
- Carbs help keep your memory sharp
Now I get it…you’ve probably held onto these beliefs…and maybe for some time now.
It’s tough to realize that the beliefs you held onto so tightly may not be the truth at all
This now gives you the permission to be free

All they do is makes us feel totally IMPRISONED
Enslaved to things like:
I mean who wants that?
And deep down. You know this is the truth.
