Christmas!  Are you nutritionally ready?  Here are some helpful hints to keep you on track so you don’t blow it!

  • Move every day
  • Spread your calories out throughout the day
  • Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces with water
  • Make sure you have a protein and fat with every meal

Leftover Turkey or ham idea:
Lettuce wraps  Chop up your meat and add:

  1. shredded carrots
  2. chopped peanuts
  3. cilantro
  4. red onion
  5. Wrap in lettuce leaves!
