I love TABATA’s because they kick butt, and go SUPER fast!  Here are the exercises:
Do each exercise 8X for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.  You can download a TABATA interval timer for free on your phone.  Super handy!

  1.  Alternating leg drops off a stability ball
  2.  Push up pikes
  3.  Russian twists
  4. Hamstring pull ins
  5. Squat with ball to ankle
