Do each exercise 8X for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between. You can download a TABATA interval timer for free on your phone. Super handy!
- Alternating leg drops off a stability ball
- Push up pikes
- Russian twists
- Hamstring pull ins
- Squat with ball to ankle
