Today’s April Challenge is 9 sets, 16 reps of starter blocks!

  • Get down in race position (a lunge with one leg forward back knee on the ground)
  • Straighten front knee stretching the hamstring while keeping the fingers on the ground
  • repeat by bending and straightening the front leg then switch!  FUN!

Many people who diet lose the weight and then put it back on, because their focus was on losing weight.  Instead, make your perfect weight your focus!
