Do you know what this is?  It’s just a slice of heaven on a plate.  You know those Salmon patties you buy at Costco?  Well, that’s what this is!  If you’re in a HURRY, starving and need something FAST this is it!  Throw the patty in a pan and while it’s cooking rip up some romaine, add some red onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes.  VOILA!  Finish it with some caramelized garlic oil and some spicy sriracha vinegar.  YUM!  Only took 12 minutes!

Something to remember if you find yourself snacking throughout the day! It's important to separate your body’s need for nutrients from the desire to eat. How much you eat has little to do with how hungry you are! It's nutrients that your body is asking for. Make sure you've got a good balance of protein, complex carbs, veggies and healthy fats at meal times so that you feel properly satisfied.
