Seriously the EASIEST thing you’ll ever make if you’re in a time crunch!!  All I did was:
Shrimp recipe:

  • saute the shrimp in lemon oil and clarified butter 
  • pinch of pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper 

Cauliflower rice recipe:

  • Chop up a head of cauliflower with a chopper
  • saute in 3 T. clarified butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 6 T. Parmesan cheese 

Serve with a side salad and DEVOUR!
