Here’s your challenge for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
 
PLANK JACKS!  
1)  In a Plank position (better know as push up position) 
2)  Perform Jumping jacks with the legs
3)  200 every day starting Thursday, ending Sunday
