Monday Funday!  Here’s how it works if you choose to play:

1 hour on, 1 hour off from the time you read this until The VOICE starts (7 pm).  Set your timer!

  • Jumping jacks 1 minute
  • Power squats (hop out to a squat, hop in to a squat) 30 seconds
  • Hover 1 minute
  • Rest 30 seconds

Repeat 3x for that hour, skip the next hour, then repeat 3x the following hour and so on.  You in?
