Weekend Warrior Challenge:  20 minutes AMRAYC (as many rounds as you can) Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

  • 25 Air squats
  • 20 alternating lunges
  • 15 push ups
  • 10 chair dips
  • 5 burpees
