Looking for a healthy “pudding”? You gotta try this! Just another way to use Chia Seeds….
Chia Seed Pudding
3-3 1/2 c. Almond milk
2 Droppersful of Vanilla Stevia
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (generous) Chia seeds
Cinnamon to taste
Mix together, let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes stirring several times. Put in fridge for 8 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Will keep for 5 days. Enjoy!
