That I play YOUR playlist YOU chose for Spinning!  I’m so excited!!!  I gotta tell ya…there’s something about taking pleasure in NOT coming up with the songs JUST the drills.  I hope you like it as much as I do???  In case you don’t–here’s a little “something” you can do for cardio instead??
Cardio  Workout

  1. Jump rope for 1 minute (pretend if you don’t have one)
  2. March in place for 1 minute
  3. Jumping jacks for 1 minute 
  4. Shuffle back and forth for 1 minute
  5. rest 2 minutes
  6. repeat 3 times!
