Oatmeal bake

  • 4 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T. flaxseed
  • 1 scoop greens
  • 2 c. almond milk

Spray 9X13 cake pan.  Pour in batter, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

Remember to move at least 10 minutes, drink your water and sing words of praise and positivity to yourself. Keep all negative self talk out of your life.  It’s a new year and a new you!
