The Tricep Tuesday Challenge is very simple:  crank out 25 diamond tricep pushups every hour from 9 am to 5 pm!  Make a diamond shape with your hands and place your hands right below your chest.  Modification:  perform on your knees rather than your toes.  Good luck!
