Power Bars
Preparation time:   20 minutes
Number of servings:  22 bars
Calories 220

  •  ¾ C. Chocolate chips
  • 1 C. Peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 C. Brown rice syrup
  • 4 T. Cocoa powder
  • 1 C. Rolled oats
  •  1 1/3 C.  protein powder
  • 2 t. Instant Coffee

Stir all together (except oats—toast them in the oven an add them at the end)
Microwave ingredients for 1 minute at a time til melted then add oats.  Flatten in a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate.  Cut into 22 bars.  ENJOY!
