  • Drink water all day
  • Limit alcohol to 2 drinks throughout the night hydrating with water in between
  • Eat before you go to the party
  • Or place everything you eat on a SMALL plate, and eat only that one plate of food

Dance or move all night instead of sitting or standing still

Bacon wrapped Asparagus spears
Phosphate free, nitrite free bacon, bundle of asparagus spears
Clean asparagus spears, dry them with paper towels.  Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around each spear and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  It’s a complete meal of fat, protein and carbohydrates!
