Ok, it’s Wednesday, you’re halfway through the week and you’re just trying to get through the day.  What are you gonna do to make it through? Give this a try:

  1. 20 jumping jacks

  2. 15 air squats

  3. 10 plyo alternating lunges

  4. 5 burpees

Repeat 9x throughout the day!  You can do it!!!  I CHALLENGE YOU!
