My workout routine. I have been doing this for strenght training, along with cardio and watching what I eat to lose and keep off 30 pounds!!

Ok, you got the detox plan yesterday, now here’s the workout for this week!  Do it 3X this week, then make sure you get out and walk/run vigorously 2 other day for a minimum of 20 minutes.  


Group Cycle is happening at Fuel Fitness’s Octane Studio today at 12:10, you gonna make it?  It can be part of your detox plan!
