So many times we focus on the wrong things, therefore never get the right things we actually want!  We focus on losing weight, trying to eat right, giving up sugar, working out more and we don’t seem to ever “get there”.  Try focusing on you already HAVING all that you want and EXPERIENCING what it feels like living that way! But how?  How can we get out of our own heads?

  1. Write down everything you are grateful for right now.
  2. Give thanks for all the blessings you have right now.
  3. Write down all the things you want right now.
  4. Visualize yourself enjoying them right now.

Very simple and effective way to call in that perfect you to being!
