Try this Pumpkin Shake!  

  • 1 c. vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • zest of orange
  • ice
