What’s you quickest meal you can whip up?  It’s your healthy go to, (or maybe not so healthy) but either way….I want to know!  Share it!!  Here’s mine in just 12 minutes.  Not even kidding!

Poached Halibut with lemon pepper served over red leaf lettuce, artichokes, bell peppers, red onion and avocado.  Finished with a roasted walnut olive oil and spicy siracha vinegar.  SCRUMPTIOUS!
