Wednesday hump day to next hump day challenge

  1. No caffeine
  2. No white sugar (fruit is ok, no honey)
  3. No white flour
  4. Minimum 12 8 oz. glasses of water
  5. Hover 2 minutes every day for 7 days
  6. 30 minutes of cardio 5 days out of 7


What are we doing for class today you ask?  Well….let me tell you!  It’s a SURPRISE!!  WOOHOOOO!  SHHHHH–don’t tell anybody, but I think you will LOVE it!  I’m sure looking forward to it, so you’d BETTER show up.  We’ll be outside (weather permitting of course)  Hope to see you there!!
