HOMEMADE HEALTHY MEAT LOAF with Piquant sauce!!!
Nothing like some comfort food that is actually GOOD for you! Say WHAT? Serious! It’s healthy, has all the protein and fats that you need without the starchy carbs! Take a look:
- 2/3 C. flaxseed meal
- 1 C. almond milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 C. minced dry onion
- 1 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
Combine 3 T. Truvia brown sugar blend, 1/4 C. sugar free Ketchup, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. dry mustard
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (pure heaven and I promise it won’t be dry!!!)
