Who’s up for a WALL SIT WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE?? I’m challenging my 12 week and 12 month groups to do a WALL SIT CHALLENGE and thought I would extend it to YOU if you are game!! You in?? Starting at 8:00 am, do a wall sit for 1 minute and every hour after that under 8:00 pm. I DARE YA!!
