Get to water...


Water is a life force.


It's amazing what a day on the water can do for the soul.


If you need to "refresh" your soul, your mindset, your thoughts....get out there and FLOAT.


There's nothing like floating and just letting your thoughts wander. Quit trying to control everything! Water can't be controlled--just try putting it in a cage. Water flows, it's cleansing, soothing and rejuvenating. It can put your crazy thoughts to rest. It can comfort your heart and your soul if you allow it.


Take in the surrounding beauty. The mountains try to hold the water in, but there's always a way out. Hence waterfalls....water can find a crevice and a way out. Looking at the mountains, valleys, nature allows our monkey minds to rest.


I love nature.
