Green detox smoothie


Need to detox? Too much Memorial WEEK fun? Check this out:


Ingredients


  • 2 handfuls spinach

  • 1 stalk celery

  • 1 handful parsley

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 inches ginger peeled (or 1 tsp ground ginger)

  • 1/2 banana optional

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • lemon juice from 1 lemon

  • 1/2 cups water

  • 1 handful ice

Blend and enjoy!
