Ok, THIS right here is to DIE for! Just in time for Labor Day weekend! You gotta check it out. It's a GREAT Vegan meal, quick and easy and SUPER yummy!


12 ingredients

Produce

  • 1/3 Apple, small small

  • 1 Carrot, medium

  • 2 stalks Celery, small

  • 1 (15 oz) can Chickpeas

  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic

  • 1/2 cup Kale

  • 1/2 Lemon, fresh juice from

  • 1/4 cup Red onion, small

Condiments

  • 2 heaping tbsp Dijon

Baking & Spices

  • 1 Sea salt salt and pepper

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sunflower seeds (I used Pumpkin seeds instead)
