Motivation Monday!


Honestly...you gotta do WHATEVER it takes to keep you motivated to get those workouts in. If it takes a coloring calendar to do it...THEN DO IT!


This calendar motivated me to get in as many workouts as possible in 2020. It motivated me to count how many workouts each month I got in, versus how many I missed.


Huge shoutout to Shannon Walker for creating this beauty and keeping us motivated throughout the year.
