One of the things I absolutely love about eating clean is GROWNG my own produce in containers that provide so much pleasure as well as nutrition.


🌶Peppers have SO many health benefits. The biggest one I like is the fat burning affect that peppers bring to the table. I like to cook with them, sauté them, or eat them fresh if I'm feeling brave! EEEEK!
