😈Nightmares

NIGHTMARES 👻👻👻

Let's talk...

🤔 Did you know, nightmares (and all dreams really) actually serve a purpose?? AND you may be able to see 'astrologically' where and why they are happening for you?

Nightmares are one way our subconscious mind talks to us. They may be healing us in ways we might not ever understand. But from MY experience...it's the truth!

Let's dissect:

Last Monday July 22nd, the Sun opposing Pluto, was transiting my 8th house (sex, death and rebirth). I had a nightmare Monday night about a longtime friend that broke up with me.

Tuesday night, another nightmare, this time about my childhood home and a less than stellar relationship I'm not proud of.

Wednesday night a fun dream about a marching band my daughter hired--(just to mix things up and give me a break already!)

🖋️ Journaling and sharing about these dreams has helped me pull it apart and see what it's working on FOR me.

In short, the 8th house is all about the things we don't like to 'look' at or talk about. It's often referred to as the "underworld" or the taboo realms. With Mars (warrior energy) in my 8th house (natally) conjunct with transiting Venus (values, worth), I was being shown RELATIONSHIPS. (I am a Libra, ya know - I'm ALL about relationship). The first 2 dreams were about relationships that were out of balance and not serving me for my highest good. The last dream was about being in a harmonious healthy relationship.

8th house - In TO ME I SEEEEE!

It's interesting how the 1st 2 nightmares depleted me. I had NO energy, no motivation those 2 days. While feeling into the dreams, I experienced shame, embarrassment, anger, sadness....all low vibrational energies...which in turn zapped my mojo. But Wednesday, after my happy dream,--I felt completely rejuvenated, vital, and full of energy, high vibing energy. Plus the Sun/Pluto opposition had moved off of my 8th house Mars.

🧐 What's the moral of the story?

(If you've read this far, congrats! )

The moral is: this too shall pass.

How best to navigate it?

  1. Give yourself grace

  2. Don't judge--it's just a dream healing you

  3. Journal and ask yourself questions

  4. Honor your body, what does it need?

Was this helpful? I would love to hear your thoughts....

Where was the sun opposing Pluto in YOUR chart on Monday July 22nd? Don't know? I'd be honored to help!
