I made these fantastic EASY pumpkin cookies and they were the BOMB!

PALEO PUMPKIN COOKIES 1 1/4 cup almond flour, 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 large egg, room temperature, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin. (I used agave syrup instead of maple syrup)
FROSTING
1/4 cup coconut butter, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1-2 tablespoons water.
