I can't even believe I'm writing these words...but today I turn 60, and this is what it looks like! A few more pounds, a lot more grey hair--but loving life more than I thought was possible.
SO much has changed for me since 2020. Back then I was in full swing working out of my studio as a Personal Trainer, teaching group exercise at Fuel Fitness, and planning college graduations and weddings--seems like a blur now. Fast forward to 2024 and I now have 4 grandchildren, I'm rebranding my logo and rebuilding my website as I twirl off into the next phase of life.
What does that look like? Well, simply put, my new 'title' is: METAPHYSICAL Trainer!! I am truly incorporating the Mind, Body and now SPIRIT in a way that allows me freedom to help more people heal by working with them remotely! My website is undergoing some major reconstruction to reflect more of what I'm morphing into. So if you haven't checked it out yet, you can below.
