So Anneliese Swingle encouraged us to post more meal pictures. This is something I don’t normally do. But I will work on it.
Here is my dinner tonight: Turkey meatloaf Mash potatoes with butter (yes I said that) Mixed greens
Yes I ate white potatoes with real butter. I don’t make a habit of it, but I have learned that if I deny myself of foods then I will crave them more. So counting Macros, and eating a whole food diet works best for me. This meal fits with in my daily macros.
I have learned (while working with Anneliese) what foods my body/gut reacts to. (Such as dairy, red meat, and gluten). That’s doesn’t mean I will never eat these foods, but if I do, I already know what to expect in how my body will react.
As Anneliese reminds us. Listen to your body. It will tell you a lot.
Eat wisely and mindful. And you do you! Yum!
