#4weektestimonial these last 4 weeks have been amazing! #scalewins I started out at 130, I am currently sitting at 117. I feel so much more confident and way more happy about the way I look and feel. I also have lost a couple inches around my legs and stomach and that feels awesome!! #nonscalewins, I now have the ability to say no to poor eating habits and drinking. I can be that person who just has water when I go out. #struggle, the thing I struggle with the most is 1. Meeting all my calories goals (yesterday was not a good day.. my stomach was not feeling well so I hardly ate anything). 2. Drinking water in the morning! I drink it a lot during the afternoon but not very much in the morning. Lastly, 3. Meal prepping enough food for the next day. I am so excited to continue on this journey and see where it takes me! 🔥🤗
