👏🏼 A huge congrats to Angie O. who won the FORCEFIT20 Challenge held from October all the way until January! That's quite a feat to stay on course for 3 1/2 months. The Challenge was to track all Forcefit20 workouts and post in the app when completed; the most workouts won a FIT KIT worth $200.
I love offering prizes (ok, incentives) to help keep people on track. It can be such a challenge to stay true to workouts and eating healthy from Halloween until New Year's Eve, that I like to help where I can.
When there's a motivational factor such as money, a prize, a trip, an event, it's easier to focus on that as a goal!
