Saturday's Health and Wellness fair was truly about connecting to like minded individuals.
I love to see what others are doing in the health and wellness arena to help spread their healing abilities. I made some fast friends, and even gathered some new information about different healing modalities that I can't wait to collab with and share these cutting edge modalities with you!

There's definitely a chill in the air in the mornings. While it's nice to enjoy these last few days of fall, I'm reminded by all of the signs that we are in preparation of winter. I happened to catch these geese flying south (literally). Sound on, you ca hear them honking. I love this stuff (if you haven't noticed).
