So often we THINK we know what our body needs–but maybe our body isn’t up for what our mind has in store for it. Whether it’s a simple physical need like a salt shot, or a workout, or it’s a spiritual need like a ritual, it’s all here for you.  Listen, love and learn all that your body is telling you.  When you listen to your body, your soul thrives!
 
Simply take 3 deep breaths, then shuffle the cards putting your energy into them while asking:  “What does my body need for my highest good today?”  Then draw a card.  It will always be the right card just for you.  If you feel like you want another card, draw one.  The sky's the limit.  You may also draw 3 cards and ask: what do I need for this morning, noon and night. Get creative!  There’s no right way or wrong way to draw cards! 
 
I am honored to offer you this Oracle deck of cards that allows you to connect with your body, (your soul) on a daily basis.
