I’m so excited to share Hailey’s transformation with you.  When she came to me, she was really looking more for nutrition information, not so much weight loss.  Hailey had some health challenges that she wanted to take control of.  What she left with was so much more.  In her words:

I have regularly exercised for years (5x/week), but have learned that exercise isn’t enough, my eating habits needed to change. Six months ago I had blood work done that resulted in being pre-diabetic, borderline kidney disease, borderline LDL to name a few concerns. This was a wake up call for me that I needed to learn more about what foods I should and should not eat. I was frustrated as I really wasn’t overweight, thought I ate rather healthy and exercised daily. I shared my concerns with Anneliese and she thought I’d be a good fit for her program. I started the spring detox challenge and was excited about the weight loss and knew I needed to continue on and learn more for ME.

I know where calories come from
I’m setting a healthy positive example for my family
I know what foods I should limit and what foods to add to diet
I’ve increased my weight training and stamina
I’ve increased my water intake
I concentrated more on meditation and breathing – It helps with relaxing and sleep
I’ve tried new foods and discovered I like them
My life is improved because I have developed a habit of healthier eating, I am stronger, more toned, visually look and feel better for a healthier me

I will be mindful of good food choices and get my calories in.
I will continue to exercise and challenge myself 5x/week
I need to move out of my comfort zone of eating the same foods/recipes and continue to search for new recipes/foods.
If I feel like I’m struggling or losing ground – I can reach out for help
I will schedule a body comp with Anneliese to determine my ideal body weight and BMR
I know I have the “tools” to start a new day if I get off track

These are the times that I’m MOST proud of my amazing queens.  It’s when they literally learn about their bodies and how to change their lives to NOT be in pain anymore!  Check out Sherry’s transformation.  ESPECIALLY her non-scale wins.  Just think what it would be like to eat food and NOT have a gut ache!!

Scale wins: lost 13lbs, 10in overall.
Nonscale wins: my gut health was my biggest win. Before Anneliese Swingle I was gassy, bloated, belly aches and even nauseous ever day!! We found out I can’t have nuts and we rebuilt my gut health. I have energy to keep going all day no headaches from caffeine. Also another big one was learning this is not a diet it’s a lifestyle change!
Goals: going to continue to rebuild my cupboards with healthy ingredients.
Long term I want to reach my weight goal.
