Arielle’s results you guys….are just….well UNBELIEVABLE!  It’s all about STRATEGY – MINDSET – and ACCOUNTABILITY!!  When you have a plan and you work the plan this is what happens.  When you’re done trying to do it on your own and you ASK for help AMAZING THINGS HAPPEN!  I’m so blessed and honored she asked ME for help!!!  In her words:  

12 week results:
35 pounds lost!
32.2 of those pounds were FAT!
31.75 inches lost!

Alright tribe here it is: I’m so nervous to post these pictures, but also excited. I walked into this journey with tears and I’m ending these 90 days with tears. They both mean something different. The tears in the beginning were fear. The tears now are happiness and pride!

When Anneliese and I had my interview call I left the call frustrated and full of fear. When she asked how ready I was to start, I have her my honesty and said I was an 8, because I was scared of failing and scared of the after 90 days. She told me I wasn’t ready. We decided to sleep on it and talk the next day. I was flooded with emotions, i felt rejected, and didn’t sleep. We visited the next day and after we both had time to think she invited me into the program.

I was ready for change!

Through this program I have had so many non scale wins!

Things I wanted to achieve:
A healthy LIFESTYLE, not just diet.
Weight loss.
Gaining my confidence back.
Healthy foods to cook and enjoy.
Becoming more fit.
Being my happy self again, that doesn’t worry about what others think.

Guess what?!? I ACHIEVED ALL OF THEM!

I also noticed:
More consistent sleep.
Less cravings, I don’t reel deprived. 
I don’t hit a wall in the mid afternoon. 
I don’t have to take Sunday naps.
My headaches around my cycle are almost gone. 
My self esteem and confidence is back (my husband even noticed this one).
I’m comfortable in my clothes.
My skin is clear and less dry.
My body aches are almost none.
My inflammation in my wrists and ankles are gone.

I’m speechless! I love myself again. For so long I put myself on the back burner. Through this I have learned that it is okay, and my family supports me when I make myself a priority. My attitude has changed, I’m happier, rather then having inconsistent mood changes. I let things go a lot easier and I don’t dwell in them. I feel amazing!

My next chapter is to lose another 10 lbs, and continue to tone my body. I have a tribe set in place and will and also be in the fit force group. I will miss you all dearly and can’t wait to hear your success. I thank you all so much for the love and support you have given me through my journey. I have built lasting friendship and a tribe!

Sometimes you just gotta shout out:  IT WORKS!!  It really DOES work if you DO it!  I mean you have to commit!!  When you commit, things happen.  Look at Bianca’s 60 day results.  They are jaw dropping.  In her words:

60 day photo comparison! I’ve lost 13 pounds with 7 to go. I messed around a bit during my 30-60 day month and tried to introduce some foods back into my diet along with splurges. I lost the first 10 lbs by diet, and I’ll lose the second 10 by adding in heavy weight lifting. Even though I didn’t lose very much during my second month, i still lost weight, and I learned that I can go off clean eating and get back on track fairly quickly.

90 Days and YOU can transform your life just like Sandy did.  I highlighted her 30 day results and now I’m happy to share her 90 day final weigh in results!  Yes, it’s great to celebrate the scale wins….but her non-scale wins scream just as loud if not louder!  Congrats Sandy on your your work.  You’ve earned all the riches you deserve!!  Congrats!  In her words:

I have reached my 90 Day check-in and I did well. On December 1st I went cold turkey from all crackers, bread, pasta, cheese, and sugar (except what is in fruits and veggies). Amazingly I have not missed them and for someone whose diet consisted mainly of bread, potatoes, pasta, cheese and crackers, it was a huge step. Guess I was ready to feel better and not be running to the bathroom as soon as I was finished eating and that hasn’t happened in 3 months.

My totals for the 90 days are … 12.75″ lost, 18 lbs lost, 6.5% body fat decrease, 19.6 lbs fat mass lost, and 1.6 lbs of muscle gained. 

Proud of what I have accomplished and look forward to my next challenges of continuing to improve my health, lose more weight, build more muscle, drink more water and put all the elements of a healthy life together. I will keep pressing on! 😅

The most important part of this program has been non-scale #Wins … more energy, fewer naps due to sadness or lack of energy, feeling stronger, moving easier and climbing up and down things with comfort, not having stomach issues, feeling upbeat and motivated (most of the time), getting into a life routine that feels good, learning to say “NO” so I have time to focus on my health, and motivating others to start looking at their lifestyle and how they could make changes.

I’m not the type to share photos but we’re all here for the same reason, so I thought why not!? I want you all to see my results and celebrate with me. Ever since I went through menopause, I have had the hardest time getting rid of my belly weight. I never had issues with this stubborn stuff growing up and even after having 6 kids, I was always able to get my flat tummy back into shape in a short amount of time. I have had terrible gut issues including bloating and cramps for several years. With the exception of last weekend when I ate something that caused severe cramps and bloating, I have enjoyed NO problems in the past month. I’ve had pain in my left knee and hip for over 3 yrs, both GONE!!!! Foam rolling (which I had never heard of until Anneliese Swingle introduced it to me) has been a LIFE CHANGER for me! I’m ecstatic over my 30 day results. I have a long way to go to reach my ultimate goal, but I’m never turning back or quitting this new way of eating. I feel like a new woman, inside and out 😊.

So DAMN proud of this girl right here!  She had a surgery DURING her 90 day transformation and was able to continue her weight loss and stay on track because of all the tools she learned during her journey!  Congrats my friend–you earned it!

I had my last check-in with Anneliese Swingle this morning!! My 90 days is up and I’m down 11.4 lbs…the kicker is that 11 of those pounds are FAT!!! I lost 4.1% of my body fat as well. I think I would have had better results, but I’m still EXCITED as I’m 6 days post-op and still swollen. 
I am so appreciative for this program and everything I have learned! Good luck ladies and stick with it because it WORKS!!!

Epic fail right here people! ~ WOW~  I have to tell you…it’s not easy trying to get the right outcome of a plan.. or picture in this case. So, this is me attempting to jump over the wave and falling right into it.  It’s me failing BIG time and I’m not gonna lie IT WAS FUNNY!  But–that’s life… it’s made of failures and successes. How you choose to look at life makes all the difference.  Sometimes you make plans/set goals expecting certain outcomes, and when you don’t meet those expectations of your goal setting you see it as a failure.  IT IS OKAY TO FAIL!!  You NEED to fail, it’s part of your learning experience.  However, when you don’t learn from your failures and keep repeating them you’ll never fine success.  for instance:

  1. Have you tried to lose the same weight over and over again?
  2. Have you tried every fad diet in the universe?
  3. Have you tried working out insanely and not seeing any results?
  4. Have you tried eliminating entire food groups?
  5. Have you tried under eating and over exercising?
  6. Have you tried rewarding yourself with a “treat” because you lost weight then gained it back plus some?

Today was my 30 day check in with Anneliese Swingle and WOW I’m amazed 
I’m down 11.8 lbs 8.6 lbs was fat mass and a total 5 1/2 inch’s lost! If we are going to get real here I have to say Anneliese was a God send to me.   Before starting this journey I was in a dark, weird funk I’ve never been in before.  I’ve always been a happy, laughing, very social person and I lost that and I feel it coming back 😭 my kids even mentioned I’m not so crabby any more I’m more fun like I used to be!  That hit home big time… it’s amazing what sugar and weight gain etc can do to you not only physically but inside and mentally it has only been 4 weeks and I feel AMAZING and to mention I was having PVC’s (premature ventricular contractions of your heart) I was seeing a heart Dr. and I was going to have to get a heart ablation but they came back B9 so she didn’t want to do it.  I was pretty much told I  would have to just live with it.  If you have not had them it’s the worst!!   I felt like I was dying everyday, it was awful BUT I have not had one PVC since eating clean 😱 thank you thank you Thank you Anneliese and this tribe I have learned so much and I will be forever grateful for this❤️❤️❤️

Congrats Trina!  This is Trina’s 30 day weigh in results!  I couldn’t be prouder of her.  She has really seen some poundage and inches come off in such a short period of time!  In her words:

Had my 30 day weigh in today! Officially hit 179 lbs!!! YAY!!!
Down anywhere from a quarter of an inch to two inches in my measurements, and down just shy of 2% body fat!!  Total weight lost:  9.5 lbs and total inches lost 5 inches!!!😀😀😀
The attached picture is the belt that I wear every day… The first really deep mark is where my belt was being hooked every day before I started with Anneliese. The bottom faint one (marked Day 30) is where it’s been sitting for the last couple of days!!!
